Storm. Cycle of 6 paintings.

Missing cycle, made by M. K. Čiurlionis. Once belonged to the Warsaw Academy of Art. First uncovered at the 1904 exhibition at the Warsaw School of Art. Stasys Čiurlionis writes in his memoirs that before handing the series over to the school, Čiurlionis produced a reproduction. The painting entitled “The Storm”, now in the possession of the Lithuanian National Museum of Art, could possibly be one of the pieces from the reproduced series. The existence of the series was reconstructed from photographer A. Jurašaitis' film negatives and from the memoirs of contemporaries.
